Tom’s unique blend of experiences has exposed him to a wide range of business and transactional scenarios, as well as a steady stream of transaction volume. These experiences include working:

-in private practice in larger legal markets for larger law firms;

-as general counsel to an investment fund syndication company;

-in private equity as President of an operating company specializing in financing, acquiring, and operating business assets; and

-with multiple private equity groups helping to raise debt and equity, and small to medium sized businesses offering legal and business advisory services.
